This form should be presented to your home school if your child is transferring from another school. Your childs school records, including Standardized Test Score Results, are required to complete the application.

Step #3: Screening
Your child will also be scheduled to meet with a classroom teacher and/or principal to determine your child's grade level and preparedness for the NCES curriculum. Grade level will be determined by NCES assessing a student's grades, SAT-9 testing, previous teachers recommendation, and the Wide Range Achievement Test (WRAT) which will be administered by an NCES official.
Step #4: Letter of Enrollment
Upon completion of steps #1-3, you will next be notified regarding your childs enrollment status.
North Christian Elementary School was established by Christian parents, for Christian parents. Our goal is to not only partner with Christian parents, but to help children succeed both academically and spiritually. The enrollment process helps NCES ensure we are partnering with the families we are designed to partner with, in addition to assessing your childs aptitude to succeed academically.
