About North Christian School

Welcome!

North Christian School is comprised of the "Early Learning Center" (ELC) for infants 6 weeks of age through PreK-4, and the Elementary School (NCES) which serves grades K-5.  A link to the ELC website may be accessed from our home page. Our school is open to students from both West Virginia and Ohio.

Our mission is to help students "to develop strong Christ-like character and academic excellence in a safe Christian environment."  All classroom teachers at NCES hold college degrees and valid teaching certificates.  All staff members at the school are practicing Christian believers and active in their own home churches.

Our school has a vision to expand to include a middle school.  Fundraising is currently underway to make it possible to eventually offer 6th through 8th grades.  Our classroom curriculum is enriched with additional instruction in music, technology, and physical education.  As you explore the other pages of our website, you will see there are many opportunities here for children to grow both academically and spiritually. Please feel free to call the school at 304-485-0241 with any questions, or to schedule a personal tour.
